Dr Robert Zhao received his PhD in Shanghai, China for Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2002 and has over 20 years clinical experience in Australia and overseas. He has extensive experience working in T.C.M hospitals in China, and practicing in acupuncture and Chinese herbal treatment in Perth. Dr Robert also has lots of clinical research experience and is currently teaching at Endeavour College of Natural Health. His knowledge and experience make him confident to help people with acute/chronic pain, stress, anxiety and depression, male and female infertility, sleeping problems, gastrointestinal conditions and immune system disorders, heart diseases and other general health disorders. Dr Zhao is a professional member of Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS), and a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
Dr Sophie Shen holds a PhD, master degree and bachelor degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine; and has over 20 years of Chinese medicine clinical practice and teaching experience in Australia and China. Before established the LongHealthCare clinic, Dr Shen has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine based in Yokine suburb for many years in Perth. Dr Shen is currently teaching and coordinating the acupuncture course at Endeavour College of Natural Health, Perth campus. She has intensive experiences with womens’ health problems, especially with infertility assistance, IVF support, irregular periods, PCOS, PMS and menopause symptoms and others. Also she is good with endocrine disorders, digestive problems, skin problems, depression & insomnia; pain management and children health problems. Dr Shen is a professional member of ATMS & AACMA, also a registered Chinese Medicine practitioner with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

Les graduated his degree at the Perth Endeavour College of Natural Health. He is a professional member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Chinese medicine practitioner and acupuncturist.
Les has been practicing Tui Na for 10 years and also uses acupuncture, cupping, channel scrubbing (gua sha), moxibustion, diet and lifestyle advice to restore balance to the body, all of which may aid in the relief of musculoskeletal complaints as well as many other internal and external disorders.
Les is also a Health and Physical Education Teacher and enjoys seasonal pursuits as a Snow Ski instructor in Australia and Japan. In his professional life, in all his roles, especially now as a health practitioner, Les applies his understanding that health is multi-dimensional e.g. physical, social and mental/emotional.
Les regularly swims and takes time for skiing (and instructing) seasonally for fitness. Les finds joy in helping others return to and maintain a state of enhanced health and well-being.
